"I was looking everywhere for these parts…"
I was looking everywhere for these parts and it was really hard to find them. Finally came across this and it was exactly what I needed. The process goes smooth and I was happy it showed up like it said. Definitely helped me out a lot.

"Availability Info Felt a Bit Misleading"
I ordered a part that was listed as available, but after I paid, I was told it was actually on backorder. I had to email them myself to get any real update, which felt like something they probably should’ve communicated upfront. The part did eventually arrive, but the wait and lack of clear information made the whole experience frustrating.

I ordered from outside the US the whole shipping experience was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, the delivery took much longer than I expected, and I kept having to check on it myself because I never felt like I knew what was going on. By the time the package finally arrived, I was already annoyed and didn’t really feel like I could trust the process anymore. They might be fine for local orders, but for international shipping, I don’t think I’d risk using them again.

"Warranty support was frustrating"
I had to deal with a warranty issue and it was just kind of a pain. Support did respond here and there, but it dragged on longer than I expected and I felt like I kept having to follow up to get anywhere. It left a bad impression overall.

"Inventory info was wrong 😕"
I ordered a part because the website said it was in stock, but a few days later I got an email saying it actually wasn’t available. That really threw off my repair schedule, because I could’ve just ordered it from somewhere else right away. Customer service was alright, but the inventory info being wrong was frustrating. If something isn’t in stock, the site really shouldn’t show that it is. I don’t think I’ll be using them again

"Prices Were Too High to Bother"
I checked greenpartstore.com for a few parts I needed, but the prices were higher than other places I found online. Even before adding shipping, it just didn’t feel like a good deal. A couple of items were enough more expensive that I couldn’t justify ordering from there. I ended up having to spend extra time comparing prices and hunting around other sites, which was annoying when I was just trying to get the parts and move on. They might have the right parts, but price-wise, it was a pass for me.

"Confusing listing for a simple part"
I was just trying to get a basic replacement part, but the listing made it way more difficult than it needed to be. The photos and description didn’t really line up with what I thought I was ordering, and there wasn’t enough info to know for sure if it would fit. I ended up wasting time trying to figure it out, which felt unnecessary. It might be fine if you already have the exact part number, but for anyone else, it’s not very helpful.

I feel kind of embarrassed complaining about it, but one of the items I received wasn’t what I ordered. The shipping itself was fine and arrived without any issues, but the accuracy of the order definitely needs some work...

"When my order showed up, the box was..."
When my order showed up, the box was totally crushed and looked like it had been through a lot. A few of the parts had come loose inside, and the packaging really didn’t do much to protect anything. I was disappointed because I was excited to get it, but opening it up that way was such a letdown.

"Parts were okay, communication not so much"
I ordered some parts from GreenPartStore the parts themselves were fine, no real complaints there. But the communication was kind of annoying. I had a question about shipping, sent it over, and the reply I got was super short and didn’t really answer what I was asking. So then I had to follow up again, and that took longer than I expected. I mean, it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I did feel like I was just sitting there guessing what was going on. The order worked out in the end, but they really need to be clearer with customers.

"Took longer than I expected"
I ordered something and figured it would be straightforward. I wasn’t in a huge rush at first, so I didn’t think much of it, and I kept checking for updates here and there. The shipping part actually wasn’t the issue once it finally got going, but the order just seemed to sit there for days before being processed. That was the frustrating part, honestly.

"Damaged Box, Eventually Sorted"
The box showed up beat up, which was annoying. I had to wait a while for the replacement, but they did end up taking care of it. So yeah.

Not sure how to explain it, but it’s really frustrating when so many parts keep showing as unavailable again. I was hoping it would be better this time, but it just made the whole experience feel inconvenient.

"Frustrating ordering experience"
I made an account just to order a few parts, but the site kept sending me back to the login page over and over. I even had to reset my password, which was ridiculous since I had literally just created it. Checkout wasn’t much better either. The shipping and tax didn’t show up clearly until late in the process, and my cart started lagging when I changed the quantity. I did finally get the order through, but it was way more annoying than it needed to be. Support didn’t really help much either, it felt like I was getting copy-paste replies instead of someone actually reading what I was saying.

"Return was way more annoying than expected"
I tried to return a part and it turned into a bigger hassle than it needed to be. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t very clear, and then I still had to cover shipping, which was frustrating. I guess maybe it could’ve been worse, but yeah, I’m not planning to order from here again.

Not gonna lie, I had a small part in my cart, but the shipping was almost as much as the item itself. I ended up just closing the page. It might be fine if you're placing a bigger order, but for small stuff, it really doesn't make sense

The exchange took way longer than I expected, and the whole process was just... confusing. Like, I kept thinking I was missing a step or doing something wrong. It ended up being more annoying than it needed to be.

"A bit too expensive for what it is"
I was expecting a lot more for the price. It’s not terrible, but for what you actually get, it feels overpriced. I’m careful about spending money, and this just didn’t feel worth it to me.

"I’ve tried contacting support a few times…"
I’ve tried contacting support a few times it feels like nobody ever gets back to you. I get that things can be busy, but still, even a quick reply would help. I kept checking my email, then the app, then wondering if my message even went through. It’s just frustrating because the actual issue might not even be that big, but when support never responds, it makes everything feel way worse.
